They may not be used for any type of general storage. They may not be used as download mirrors or download/upload portals.
Although the sale of eBooks and other small, legal download files are allowed within acceptable terms with the unlimited package, hosting and storage of large quantities where our servers are used for distribution is NOT PERMITTED
They MAY NOT be used for HYIP (High Yield Investment Programs), Ponzi schemes or pyramid schemes. They cannot be used to provide proxy servers.
These accounts may not be used as a download distribution point for an individual’s software or media.
They should be used for routine practices only.
All content stored on a shared account must be used for permitted website use.
“Unacceptable” usage is anything that a shared server would not be able to provide under standard situations and uses a high percentage of CPU or Memory (5%) usage.
On the “Unlimited Hosting Package” you can add 50 subdomains, 50 mysql databases, 50 emails accounts. In case you need more, you will need to provide justifications for usage.
Sharing copyrighted streaming links or embedding code is STRICTLY PROHIBITED on shared hosting accounts and may lead to account suspension. The same is not applicable on DMCA-Free hosting.
Nulled, Cracked, Illegal and copyrighted contents/scripts are STRICTLY PROHIBITED on Shared web hosting packages as well as on Reseller/Master reseller hosting packages.

If a VPS generates too much load on the node, it may lead to suspension of VPS to avoid affecting other VPS hosted on the same node.

Pornography, illegal, copyrighted, pirated, sexual, spamming, bulk emailing, nulled scripts, wares linking and any other kind of illegal content is NOT ALLOWED and STRICTLY PROHIBITED, and can lead to termination of services.
All kinds of content are permitted on FRANCE SERVERS if they are legal and do not relate to intellectual property. We send the notices (i.e DMCA notices) to you, so you can deal with them yourself.
ZERO-TOLERANCE-SPAM-POLICY: SingleWebSolution has no tolerance for UBE/UCE (unsolicited bulk email/unsolicited commercial email). This policy safeguards our clients and the web community from the unfavourable effects of “spam” related activity. If you cause any of SingleWebSolution IP to be listed in spamhaus, your server will be instantly terminated. You can’t place any additional server order from SingleWebSolution.

All dedicated server delivery time is 1-3 business days.

Refund Policy & Cancellation Requests:
Each of the shared and reseller hosting packages have a 7 days money back guarantee. If you remain unsatisfied with our services within the first 7 days, you will be given a complete refund of the contract amount. Remember, this is only for monthly shared or reseller packages and does not apply to VPS, dedicated servers, administrative fees, installation fees for custom software, or domain name purchases.
If users register a domain name as part of a “Free Domain Name” promotion in connection with the registration, the subscriber’s refund will be decreased by our price for registration per domain name. The subscriber will keep the full ownership and control of any such domain name.

If your account gets excluded or removed due to breach of our policies, the refund will not be applicable. We keep the right to remove an account which violates our policies.
There is no payback for Dedicated Servers once setup or is sent/delivered.
Dedicated Servers; We DO NOT pay back the partial cost of your services. We require a one week notice before an invoice’s due date for terminating our service. No refund can be given for incomplete billing cycles, even if a cancellation request is issued before the one week period. After this, the previously generated invoice should be paid before asking for cancellation. The server will be cancelled on the coming due date.

7. Backup Policy

Although we give monthly back-ups, SingleWebSolution can not be held accountable for any loss of information/data. It is for the hosting account owner to ensure a local copy of his/her web data for their own back-up purposes is maintained.

Automated monthly backups are performed to make sure no data is lost during the natural disasters or in the event of hard disk failure. If you/your client has deleted/terminated an account by mistake and wish to restore it from the backups, you will be charged accordingly. However, backup availability is not guaranteed.

You can have only one backup at a time for your individual account only for 3 DAYS. We will remove your backup which is older than 3 days. It is your responsibility to download the backup file within 3 days to avoid the data loss.
[Shared/Reseller Hosting]
OUR HOSTING SERVERS ARE NOT BACKUP SERVERS. THEREFORE, WE DO NOT ALLOW HOSTING OF BACKUP FILES SUCH AS ZIP, RAR OR OTHER COMPRESSED FILES. WE IMMEDIATELY REMOVE THEM IF FOUND WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION.

No backups are performed for Dedicated Servers and VPS servers. You have to get backups on your own.

Resource Usage:
Including but not limited to employing applications which consume excessive CPU time, memory or storage space.
Chat/IRC, web proxy and mailing list scripts are prohibited on our network under any situation.
Streaming media, audio, video and shout cast can drain the web server resource and is not allowed.
CGI based message forums which make use of flat file databases are usually found to use excessive system resources. To avoid problems, please use a PHP message forum.
Usage of webcam applications maintains a constant FTP connection. Uploading an image at regular intervals is prohibited.
Shared and reseller hosting clients are prohibited from providing a free website hosting service. For example, image hosting, file hosting, mp3 hosting or any similar hosting service.

Spamming & Bulk Marketing:
Spamming (sending unsolicited email or posting messages to unrelated UseNet newsgroups that do not openly allow advertising, with references to a site hosted on our servers) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Sending bulk emails, marketing emails, or maintaining mailing lists is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

We do not provide cashback guarantee for all our domain reseller and domain registration. If you have added money into your domain reseller account, they are NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

Server Management:
Server management will provide the following services with monthly subscription:
Operating system installation/upgrade/re-installation.
Email troubleshooting, DNS management, WHM/cPanel installation.
Basic troubleshooting, MySQL management, Security softwares installation such as CSF and other allied services.
Note: We don’t give third party add-ons and modules installation and Hardware based DDos attacks protection with our server management service.

Penalties:
If any illegal content is found, the account will be forfeited instantly without any prior intimation, and you will be charged anywhere between $10 to $3000 depending upon our product/service.

Prices and Fees:
Prices are subject to change at any given time without/with notification, we aren’t bound to keep our fees the same as the international currency rate varies from time to time.

Support:
We provide 24/7 support to our clients for billing and technical issues via SUPPORT TICKET SYSTEM and dedicated support via phone/visiting the location if bought.
Our reply time is typically between 1 hour to 24 hours depending upon the current queue. However, our response time is less than 30 minutes in some cases but it can not be guaranteed.
Dedicated support is not included along with the advertised services. However, you can contact us to purchase committed support for your services.

Undesirable Contents:
We do not host pornographic content of any sort.
We keep the right to determine what is pornographic content and what is not. Content relating to Hacking, Cracking, Warez and IRC is not allowed. Software downloads may only be hosted if you are the writer and copyright owner of the software, all other software including freeware, shareware and trial software is not allowed.
Including but not limiting the unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted software or other data, harassment, fraud, or trafficking in obscene material is not allowed in any form.
The sale of resell-able eBooks is allowed.

Acceptable Use Policy:
As the Internet is a powerful information and entertainment tool, we expect our clients to use the Internet with respect, courtesy, and responsibility, giving due acknowledgement to the rights of other users.
Our acceptable use policy is actively and rigorously enforced.
Offending information/users are withdrawn from our network, usually as soon as they are discovered. We will always inform you when and why any action has been taken. Common sense is the best guide as to what is considered acceptable use.
Reverse DNS (rDNS) is updated once a month per IP. This is applicable for all dedicated servers, vps, hosting accounts and reseller accounts.

Violation:
Any account/user found violating the terms of use and policies will be suspended/terminated without any prior notification and will be charged according to the package plan.
